Sign into Claude Code with a second account and your chat history disappears. The old threads are still on disk, tied to the account that made them, so you start over and re-explain the whole project to the model.

What I built

Ferry finds every chat your coding agents left on this machine, across accounts and apps, and copies or moves it into the account you work in now. Claude opens the old thread and picks the context back up. macOS and Windows, 6 MB, and nothing leaves your machine.
