What I take on
E-commerce.
Built by me, start to deploy
Catalog and checkout, plus the desk that works the orders behind them.
Why this gets built
The storefront is the easy half. What breaks is the order that took the money and never reached the desk, and the stock number that was right an hour ago.
What I build
- Catalog with variants, stock and shipping rules, editable by whoever owns the store rather than by me.
- Cart and checkout on your own pages, wired to the processor you already use.
- An orders desk that can pack, refund, retry a failed charge and surface the ones that need a person.
- Order status a buyer can read without emailing, from payment through to delivery.
- Conversion events fired on purchase, so ad spend is judged on orders instead of clicks.
How long it takes
About four weeks to catalog, checkout and an orders desk.
Stock and shipping rules are where a store gets specific to its business, so I scope that part after I have seen yours.
What ships
- Storefront and catalog
- Cart and checkout
- Orders and stock desk
- Refund and retry tools
- Purchase events wired for ads

Tell me what you’re running and where it breaks. Half an hour is usually enough for me to say what it takes and what I’d do first.
